Buying

You can register for free on our website by clicking the “Register to Bid” button.

Or you can register to bid on i-bidder.com, bidspotter.co.uk and the-saleroom.com.

Buyers fees are charged at 7.5% + Vat on the selling price. There is a minimum charge of £125 + VAT.

The viewing of documents will be available, please ask a member of our staff who will assist you.

Viewings and inspections of vehicles will be available from 3 days prior to the auction.

We will require a minimum deposit of £500 prior to the auction commencing. Once deposit is received you will be given a buyer’s number for the auction.

If you are a successful bidder on a vehicle following the sale an invoice will be raised and e-mailed. Vehicles will only be released when funds are clear. Payments and collections are to be made within 48 hours of purchase. We only accept balance payments via Bank Transfer.

A provisional bid is when a vehicle has not reached it’s reserve figure. In this case we will contact the seller on your behalf to see if they will accept or negotiate the bid.

We will deliver sold vehicles free of charge within a 50 mile radius of SG6 1NE. If the distance is longer please request a quote.

We have secure storage facilities to store your vehicle prior to the auction commencing. We will also store your vehicle up to 48 hours from the end of sale free of charge.

Selling

Simply complete a vehicle entry form adding as much detail as possible relating to your vehicle including a reserve figure. We will then take care of the rest.

Sellers fee’s are charged at 7.5% + VAT on the selling price. There is a minimum charge of £125 + VAT. There is also an entry fee of £100 + VAT per vehicle.

Vehicles can be dropped off  between Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm). All vehicles will be held in secure storage prior to the auction.

Vehicles can be collected free of charge within a 50 mile radius of SG6 1NE. If distance is longer please request a quote.

We can store your vehicle prior the auction, all vehicles will be held in secure storage.

Once your vehicle is confirmed for auction, full details of the vehicle, photographs and videos will be advertised, marketed via our website, classic journals and other social media platforms.

If you withdraw your vehicle from the allocated auction you will be charged full commission of the reserve price. If your vehicle remains unsold after the auction there will be no charge as the vehicle entry fee would have been paid in advance.

Once the vehicle is sold we will process the relevant paperwork and forward a statement with a financial breakdown before processing payment.

Payments are processed via bank transfer within 7 working days of us receiving full payment from the buyer.

All unsold vehicles are to be removed within 48 hours from the end of the auction. If vehicles are not removed within 48 hours additional charges may be incurred for storage to be settled prior to the vehicle being released.
